Hafod-Y-Garreg is a grade II* listed medieval farmhouse, that long ago was a hall house. The House probably dates back to the 1300's and in one bedroom there is a massive ornate medieval cruckframe. The inglenook fireplace, a more recent addition, added about 1550, dominates the living room. Early oak furniture, luxurious fabrics, flagstones and oak floors are a glorious mix.
